Getting to know each other
First, send me a message, so we can connect and schedule a 1-hour, free consultation where we'll both share information, ask and answer questions. This meeting is our opportunity to see if we're a good fit.
In this meeting I'm interested to know things like:
Your goal for your coaching experience. What area of your life do you want to work with? What do you see as a positive end result?
What challenges and/or obstacles you're experiencing in relation to your emotional habits and the environment you live and work in.
We begin our journey
If we agree we're a good fit, we set up regular times to meet and head off toward your goals. We'll explore tools for growth which transform challenges into positive accomplishments and dreams come true.
• All sessions are custom designed for the individual.
• Each morning I dedicate my time to ongoing research to best meet the needs of clients.
• Any and all plans are flexible to what is going on in the moment.
• We address what is needed in the moment.
Completion and Wrap up
When your goals are met and your dreams are manifesting, there are options:
Continue to work together with varying time frames: sessions can become shorter or we can space our appointments further apart.
OR
We meet for a close out session which completes this part of our journey together. We review where you began, what you have learned, how you have changed, what you have accomplished and where you are now.
Future
Many of my clients have worked with me on and off for more than 30 years.
It’s not unusual to hear from someone many years since our last appointment.
With some, I am now working with their 20-something kids. It has become a family affair.
The door is always open. You'll be free to call me if you feel like you need a tune-up or hit a bump in the road.
