Energy Tools connect us to our life force and can heal our bodies, balance our emotions, and awaken our consciousness. By bringing our attention inward and working with the energies in and around the body, we can recalibrate our bodies, minds, emotions, and spirits.
My clients arrive with a variety of concerns to address. Many have feelings of fear, hopelessness, anger, being stuck, or have critical inner voices. Others experience anxiety and depression related to health, social situations, relationships, career, and business. Often people want support through transitions like going to college, leaving school for the workforce, marriage, divorce, illness, trauma, or moving to a new location or position in their work.

Emotional Freedom Technique
Tapping combines Chinese Acupuncture with Modern Psychology to recalibrate your brain, body, and energy at one time.
In tapping you use your fingertips to gently activate specific meridian points on the face and upper body.
We use this tool in session together. Many of my clients find it helpful to practice it on their own to help them feel calm and integrated.

Tapas Acupuncture Technique (TAT)
This technique is named after Tapas Fleming, a liscensed Acupunturist and the woman who developed this process in 1993.
We use it to manage and dispell fears and phobias, lessen every kind of stress, heal the emotional origins of physical disease and manifest a happy life here and now.
With this tool, we identify an area of life that needs attention. We hold certain “meridian points” on our head while moving through a series of statements designed to support
this inner shift while simultaneously releasing stuck energy from the body.
